Alive at 25 ResultsThe National Safety Council reports that students who complete the Alive at 25 course are 96% less likely to be killed in a car crash than youths that have not taken the course. In Colorado, the fatality rate for drivers and passengers under the age of 20 has dropped each year since 1999. In 2005 alone, the rate was decreased by 50%. Currently, the fatality rate for Alive at 25 graduates in Colorado in 2.2 per 20,000, which is 84% below the national average. |
