Text Book Library

Textbooks are available free of charge to member companies of the Utah Safety Council and to all individuals and organizations in the state of Utah. Texts may be reserved up to one year in advance and for a period not to exceed 30 days. For the courtesy of other library users, please keep the reservation time minimum.

Care, use and maintenance of textbooks is the responsibility of the user. All mailings must be registered and/or insured to assure return delivery. A $5.00 per day late charge will be assessed for textbooks not returned within the specified time period. This can be avoided by allowing sufficient time to use textbooks and/or by contacting the Council to extend the return date.

The user accepts responsibility for any costs, loss or damage of any materials loaned. The user agrees to conform to all Federal Copyright Laws. THE UTAH SAFETY COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD TEXTBOOK RENTAL SERVICES FROM ORGANIZATIONS OR AGENCIES WHO ARE IN VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. VIOLATION OF ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CAUSE THE USER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL ACTUAL, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
