Forklift Trainer Certification Course WEB-BASED No Instructor Kit

According to OSHA, an estimated 35,000 serious injuries and 62,000 non-serious injuries involving forklifts occur annually. Extensive training and following proper safety protocol can help operators maneuver equipment responsibly. Make sure all of your forklift operators are properly trained by having your own in-house trainer.

This one-day WEB-BASED course offers instructors the tools necessary to meet OSHA's Powered Industrial Truck requirements for formal instruction, practical training and evaluation every three years. Each component of the course relates directly to the others, forming a comprehensive, integrated system of training. The program's format allows for flexibility in presentation and local job site customization to cover specific company policies. Each participant receives a complete instructor kit valued over $500. The kit includes a fully scripted leader's guide operator and pedestrian video presentations, full color 32-page response book for students with certificate and wallet card, 16 discussion diagrams and a series of written tests.

On-Site Skills Evaluation

Our instructor can come to your facility and evaluate your training plan using your forklift. For up to an hour, our instructor can personally review any questions or concerns you may have for forklift training in your facility.
Member: $200 | Non-Member: $300

On-Site Instructor Course

This course is also available on-site or specially arranged at the Utah Safety Council’s training center.

Member: $1,200 per class up to 6 participants, each additional participant $200.
Non-Member: $1,560 per class up to 6 participants, each additional participant $260.
