Emergency Medical Response On-Site Course - Request a Quote
Participants will learn what it takes to be a First Responder, how the human body works, and how to lift and move patients safely. Also covered is EMS response and operations and mass-casualty incidents and triage.
What you'll learn
- Patient assessment, childbirth and assisting infants and children
- Airway and breathing emergencies, ventilation devices and oxygen
- Cardiac emergencies, CPR and automated external defibrillation
- Illness and injury, including medical emergencies; bleeding and shock; soft-tissue injuries and muscle, bone, head and spinal injuries
This course is available on-site or specially arranged at the Utah Safety Council’s training center.
Member: $4,995 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $450.
Non-Member: $6,250 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $500.
Approximate course length 52-hours.
