Women in Safety

The Utah Safety Council has been a resource for Occupational Health and Safety for the past 80 years.  Safety has changed over time, and with that change, the number of women who are joining the safety field has increased.

The Utah Safety Council has created a Women in Safety group to discuss the issues and challenges facing women in the industry. Women in Safety will bring a unique perspective to the safety industry by providing an opportunity for new topics and open discussions. We will be providing resources specific to women in Occupational Safety based upon current issues and trends in the industry.

This is a great opportunity to network with other industry professionals, build your knowledge of regulatory standards, and get real-time feedback for challenging situations you may be facing in your workplace.

We encourage all women in the safety profession to join us for these upcoming events.
