Nearly 80% of child safety seats are used incorrectly! The two minutes you take each time you buckle up your child correctly can save their life. The Utah Safety Council offers car seat inspection to help with your children's safety, by appointment only. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry - In-Person
OSHA 30-hour training is a great method used to train workers and supervisors on hazard recognition and OSHA safety standards. Students who enroll in OSHA 30-Hour Construction online training will learn workplace and job site safety, and upon completion will receive a 30-Hour card. Distracted Driving Awareness
​Distracted driving is rampant on our roadways, killing hundreds each year. Unfortunately, it is easier than ever to drive distracted. The technology in our vehicles allows us to make phone calls, dictate texts or emails and update social media while we are behind the wheel - all actions proven to increase crash risk. April is observed as Distracted Driving Awareness Month to draw attention to this epidemic. We want to encourage and empower everyone to put safety first.

Defensive Driving (DDC-4) Online Course
This course is available to all drivers regardless of age. This course is taken mainly as a traffic school, and also qualifies for a 50 point reduction on a Utah Driver License. This course DOES NOT qualify for the Approaching Emergency Vehicles violation required live course. Most insurance companies offer those over 55 years of age a reduction on their auto insurance for completing this course.

Alive At 25
Alive at 25 is a young driver intervention program developed by the National Safety Council for drivers between 15 and 24 years of age. This course is a 4-hour program that focuses on the decision making processes and behaviors that young drivers and passengers display in a motor vehicle and is designed to prevent the number one killer of teens, automobile crashes.

Defensive Driving

AA25 Parent Program
To properly prepare teens to drive, parents must have a clear understanding of the risks they face. That's why the National Safety Council developed the Online Alive at 25 Parent Program. When used appropriately, these devices can make our lives easier and more enjoyable, but when used at the wrong time and in the wrong manner, these same devices can get us in trouble at work and cause serious injury. This program discusses how sending and receiving text messages can cause us to lose focus on doing our jobs safely and efficiently as well as the importance of always following your company's policy regarding cell phone use.
