If registering by mail, payment by check or money order is required. DO NOT SEND CASH. Telephone, fax and internet applications REQUIRE payment by credit card.

The Utah Safety Council does not report your completion to these entities.

Q. When will I receive my certificate of completion?

Q. I'm trying to register and keep receiving this error message: "The Login ID you entered has already been taken, please try again..." What's wrong?

A. It is most likely that you have already registered, making this a duplicate registration attempt. Once you have registered successfully, you do not need to register again to complete the course. You are now eligible to return to the course anytime, simply by logging in with the Login ID and password you provided during registration.

NOTE: If you have already completed this course and are required to take it again (e.g. to renew your insurance discount, as a work requirement, or for a repeat ticket, etc.) you must register as a NEW student and create a NEW login ID.

Q. I cannot progress through the course. What should I do?

A. This may be due to the offline content cached by your browser. It's recommended that you flush your local cache and try the course again. It's also recommended you use Internet Explorer or Netscape. If you continue to have problems, contact Technical Support at 800.775.1484.
