Occupational Safety Essentials is a free, 4-hour introductory safety course designed to provide a practical overview of key workplace safety responsibilities and program basics. This course is a great resource for employees who are new to safety, supervisors who support safety efforts, and member companies looking to strengthen safety awareness across their teams.

Participants will receive a high-level overview of important safety topics, including OSHA basics, incident reporting, hazard recognition, PPE, emergency planning, safety communication, employee engagement, and building a stronger safety culture.

This course is offered monthly as a member benefit and is ideal for safety committee members, supervisors, managers, HR professionals, new safety leads, frontline employees, and anyone assigned to support workplace safety.
