This 8-hour course provides a comprehensive safety management framework, including roles and responsibilities, for individuals in safety management positions. It serves as an excellent resource for those new to safety management, offering guidance on where to begin with a safety program. Additionally, it provides seasoned safety professionals with tools to evaluate the effectiveness of their current program.

Communication strategies and starting points
