MSHA 8-Hour Annual Refresher for Metal/Non-Metal Surface Miners – IN-HOUSE

This in-person, instructor-led course covers all aspects of the annual training requirements for owners and operators under 30 CFR Part 48 for surface metal/non-metal mines. Participants will engage directly with a live MSHA-approved instructor and benefit from real-world discussions, case examples, and interactive learning.

Those who successfully complete this course will return to the job with the knowledge and skills needed to work safely and in compliance with MSHA regulations. Upon completion, students will receive a completed MSHA 5000-23 Annual Refresher Training Certificate.
This certification must be renewed annually.

This class is MSHA-approved. Students must attend the entire course to receive their certificate.

Rescheduling & Attendance Policy
