Ongoing incident investigations are key in preventing workplace injuries and fostering continuous improvement. The focus is on finding facts, not faults, and using investigations to reinforce safe practices and behaviors.
This course covers:
- Analyzing incidents to identify root causes
- Developing effective investigation and interviewing techniques
- Addressing human relations issues affecting incident reporting, hazard control and follow-up measures
- Gathering complete, accurate and objective data when an incident occurs in your workplace
0.65 CEU's received towards earning the National Safety Council's Advanced Safety Certificate.
This course qualifies for the Workplace Scholarship Program.

Member: $2,850 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $230.
Non-Member: $3,700 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $300.
